Machine Geometry Corrections
Periodical machine geometry checks and necessary corrections are carried out to the best possible.
Laser Calibration & Ball Bar Test
Positioning errors of linear axes are calibrated with Laser interferometer. Circular interpolation can be corrected with Ball Bar Test.
Teleservice
Fidia CNCs at customer premises can be connected with our server via internet lines so that online support can be given for certain problems like diagnosis, change of parameters, installation of CNC softwares, etc.
User Trainings
Training programs are carried out at our well equipped training centre or at customer sites.Training includes theory and practical sessions for operators as well maintenance personals.
Annual Maintenance Contract
Comprehensive AMCs (Including spares and service) and Offline Diagnostics AMCs (Support over Phone or Email) are provided.

Machine Geometry Corrections

Laser Calibration and Ball Bar Test
- Positioning errors of linear axes are calibrated with Laser interferometer.
- Variable Backlash error compensation is also provided (for FIDIA CNCs only).
- Rotary axes are calibrated with Renishaw Unit.
- Circular interpolation errors are checked and corrected with Ball Bar instrument.

- With this facility onsite intervention expenses can be saved considerably.
- We also undertake preventive support for virus issues, cleaning of hard disks, etc.

Annual Maintenance Contract
- Comprehensive AMC (Including spares and service) is provided for additional 2 years, after completion of standard warranty of first year.
