K5 TRACER
Using FIDIA K5 tracer and the PLP software available on C20 and C10 numerical controls is possible to scan 3D complex surfaces. Will be possible to remachine the digitized data or use the cloud of point as input file an a CAD/CAM system for further elaboration.
Through the K5 analog tracer it is possible to make the scanning of 3D forms for digitizing the path as X-Y-Z coordinates that can be immediately executed by the NC. The most important features are:
- Copying and digitizing of models with a complete range of automatic cycles
- Copying according to a programmed path (TNC)
- Self-adjusting feed according to the curvature of the path
- Manual copying
